Distinction:

“End Of Day” was accepted into the NorthStar Watermedia National Exhibition. The judge for this exhibition was David Feinberg, painter and Associate Professor of Drawing and Painting at the University of Minnesota. “End of Day” has received numerous awards including: Best of Show in the Manito Art Leagues regional exhibition; “Bold Expressions” at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center; a National Exhibition sponsored by the Northern California Arts Association; “Americas” at the Northwest Art Center in Minot, ND, and in the Watercolor USA in Springfield Art Museum National Exhibition. Most recently it was accepted at the Michigan Fine Arts Competition in Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center, which is supported by the Michigan Council for the Arts and Cultural Affairs.

Juror Noel W. Anderson accepted “End Of Day” into the Michigan Fine Arts Competition, Bloomfield Birmingham Art Center, which is supported by the Michigan Council for the Arts and Cultural Affairs. Noel Anderson is an Assistant Professor at NYU’s Art and Art Professions Department in Print Media. It is an honor for me to have Juror Anderson choose my work “End of Day” for this outstanding exhibition.  It will be on exhibition at the Bloomfield Birmingham Art Center.
